Where does the 10% sponsoring bonus come from?
The bonus comes out of the
30% of the gross commission that the broker keeps; not from
your 70% split of the commission. |
How is the 10% residual calculated?
Simple, calculate 10% of the
GROSS COMMISSION that was paid to the broker minus a $45
processing fee to Exit International.
For example: If one of your
sponsored agents has a closing on a $300,000 property at 3%
commission, the GROSS COMMISSION would be $9,000.00. Simply
take 10%
of the $9,000 commission (which is $900.00 less a $45 processing fee)
and your check would be $855.00
That's it.... you can calculate your residual income every time!

What if my sponsored agent gets both sides of the commission?
GREAT, in that case you'll actually get 2 checks; one for the buyers side, one for the
sellers side. |
How do I get my 10% residual check?
You’ll automatically receive your check
directly from Exit Realty Corp. International “Head
Office” within about 2-3 weeks every time one
of your sponsored agent's has a closing. |
What happens if an agent I sponsored transfers to another Exit office?
The sponsorship NEVER changes. Agents can transfer to ANY Exit office in North
America and you’ll ALWAYS be their sponsor. Therefore, you never
loose the residual income from your sponsored agent. |
I have a friend in another state; can I sponsor him/her into EXIT?
YES. You can sponsor agents anywhere in North America. |
How will I know when an agent I sponsored has a closing?
Simply go to the Exit website anytime and with your password, you can look at all of your
sponsored agents and their proposed closing. This way you
can keep track of your agents wherever they go and more
importantly, have better control of your finances. |
Is Exit Realty a Multi-Level Marketing Company?
NO. Exit is definitely not the outdated multi-level "AMWAY" approach to real
estate. Exit is strictly a one-level sponsoring bonus
with unlimited potential. You are directly rewarded for your own hard work and efforts.
For example: If John sponsors
in Mary; John will make 10% off of every closing that Mary
has. If Mary sponsors in Bill; Mary will make 10% off of
every closing that Bill has. John would not receive anything
from Bill’s closings. |
Does my 10% residual have anything to do with the profit of the company?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. The 10% residual is paid to you from the gross commission
received by the broker. Exit agents are not penalized for a
poor performing brokerage firm or if the owner decides to
use the profit to buy a building, a car, a copier,
expansion, etc. or anything that would reduce the profitability of the
business. Exit is not about "Profit Sharing". |
After I retire, can I still sponsor agents into Exit?
YES. Exit is the only company whereby you can increase your retirement after you retire. |
If I do decide to retire, can I get back into the business at a later date?
YES. Simply close 8 transactions in a year’s time and your 7% retirement
residual will go back up to 10%. |
Is there any limit to the number of agents I can sponsor?
NO. Sponsor as many as you would like and anywhere there is an Exit location. |
How much can I make when I sponsor an agent?
10% of the gross commission or up to $10,000 per agent per year. It’s as simple as
this: If you sponsor 10 - $70,000 a year producers; you’ll
receive $70,000 per year in residuals. |
If I sponsor an agent into Exit that is making $30,000 and they increase their sales to $70,000,
do I now get 10% of $70,000?
YES! You’re paid 10% of the gross commission whatever it may be up to $10,000 per agent
per year. In fact, it’s in your best interest to help
every agent you sponsor to increase production. As a result,
Exit has a built-in mentoring program. |
Exit says I can make over 100% and pay no desk fees; how is that possible?
With the Exit Formula, If you sponsor in 3 agents whose real estate production is equal to
or better than your own production, you’ll be at 100%. In other words, if you are currently
at $70,000 "gross commission" you will have paid Exit 30% in commission splits or $21,000. Consequently, if
you sponsor 3 agents that also do a minimum of $70,000 per
year in gross commission, you'll receive $21,000 in residual
income. Therefore, you are effectively at 100%. It gets better! Sponsor in 4
agents and you’re effectively at 110%, sponsor in 5 agents
and you’re at 120%, sponsor in 6 agents and you’re at 130%, and so on… UNLIMITED POTENTIAL! |

industry has to offer. For newly licensed Agent's, you'll receive
